WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and waivers outlined in the attached documents. I understand that participation in Rippers Lacrosse, LLC activities carries inherent risks, and I voluntarily accept those risks on behalf of myself/my athlete.

I further agree that by reading the attached documents, I am legally bound by the waivers and agreements contained within, even if a separate signature is not provided for each document.
